Posted: August 2, 2010 in Australian Politics

How many Australians know the facts about the global financial crisis?

Many experts in the field of economics have stated that Australia’s response was timely and exactly what was required. Here, here and here. Yet the sheeple amongst us have bought the Liberal lie that we have been put into massive debt by Labour through mismanagement.Fact is that compared to the rest of the world we came through relatively unscathed.
Want to see where we are in regards to debt as a % of GDP?
To save you some time we are number 108.
So why haven’t Labour pushed this point and killed the crap being espoused by the Liberals?
